Personality Test

This is a basic screening tool for an initial assessment of Depression. Only a mental health professional can formally diagnose a mental health disorder, but this test can be helpful to see if any symptoms of dpression may be present in your life. Click here to take the Depression self test.

Anxiety Test

This is a basic screening tool for an initial assessment of (OCD). Only a mental health professional can formally diagnose a mental disorder, but this screener can be a helpful tool for those wondering if their behaviors are as extreme as someone with obsessive-compulsive disorder.
